I love reading your newsletter and always open and read it as soon as it shows up in my inbox. Your snail mail idea is fun and clever - it brings me back to the days of zines and postcards as art - but to be honest, I agree with others who get too much stuff in their mailbox. I worry that I’d miss it or that someone would accidentally toss it into the recycling bin. I hear you about corporate media and social media platforms, though! It’s why I got off FB.
I'm a huge fan of your adventures, but I get so much trash in the mail--advertisements, etc.--I'm afraid I would end up discarding a snailmail newsletter before reading it. (We all have such huge to-be-read piles already; books and magazines we don't have time to read.) I understand how you feel about substack, and agree, but paper comes with its own issues. It makes an impact on the environment. I look forward to finding you in my email inbox.
For me, it wouldn't be possible to receive a snail mail zine for the foreseeable, as lovely as that sounds! It would probably limit your audience to domestic readers, but maybe that would be enough. People like me would miss out, but it could be nice for others for sure.
I’ll be the Bad Witch at the christening. No thanks. I enjoy your adventures, and I guess I ought to start stumping up for it but I don’t want more paper to recycle. I think you underestimate what a pain it would be to print, fold, insert, stamp and mail.....and than pay most of what you bring in to the USPS for the privilege.
Not sure if this is months or years old but I was searching online for "snail mail zine" and found this. So I am all for it since I've been looking for it.

I love snail mail :) What about analog every once in awhile? I think I'd pay between $5-$10 for something like that from a writer I love.

Hello! Yes, very much so -I'm international, so accept that it would be more, I guess up to $5 (USD) a month?
I LOVE this idea and would also love to support it! Bring on the zines.

I’m the type that never goes to my mailbox and often it all just gets recycled when I do. Prefer email!
